With 7 years experience in psychology, meditation teacher training, hypnotherapy and EMDR and hundreds of clients in events and one on one work I feel honoured to watch you take steps towards your goals, dreams and the best life you imagine. As a facilitator I can take you there much faster and teach you tools for life, empowering you for your future growth.

First session
Your first session, we’ll dive deep — exploring what’s beneath the surface, doing the inner work, afterwards, I’ll give you tailored homework and a recorded personalised meditation to help you continue the transformation between sessions.

For deeper, lasting change, you can book a pack of four sessions — a powerful way to build momentum, work through layers, and explore a few different areas or requests over time, with steady support and integration.
